We aim to complete your bathroom within 8 days but like the kitchens this can be dependent upon the amount of plastering and wet trades required within the room.
As with the kitchens, Town & Country Housing have selected a fantastic specification for your bathroom. This will see an 8mm glass shower screen installed as well as an electric shower. A modern w/c and basin with mono mixer, plus a beautiful choice of large wall tiles which will be tiled full height around your new bath. A choice of cushioned vinyl for the floor plus a new accessories pack which includes a toilet roll holder, shelf, a mirror with LED lighting above complete with a shaver socket supply,. To complete this installation, we are also installing a dual heating chrome towel radiator.
If your fuse board needs replacing this will be done during the same visit and it will not delay the works.

Occasionally we may have to upgrade the boiler, but we will discuss this with you when we do the Bathroom survey, and the works will be incorporated within our 8-day programme.

We recognise that the installation of bathroom can create upheaval and cause anxiety. In most circumstances we expect residents to assist us for example by clearing rooms and allowing access to our operatives.
